Outlaw music? Movies? Television? Christianity? You must be crazy . . . We recently asked our online readers: How would your life be different if music were outlawed? Or movies? Or television? Or Christianity?
Dave, Tas
How would your life be different if music were outlawed?
If music were outlawed only outlaws will accidentally listen to country-and-western music.
. . . or movies?
Movies don’t kill people. People kill people.
. . . or television?
If television were outlawed then only the outlaws would watch commercials. Imagine . . .
. . . or Christianity?
I guess I would just have to be an outlaw.

If music were outlawed . . . Well, for me that would truly suck, as I praise God through music and without it, I would feel lifeless in my praise and worship for my King. At the moment, Planetshakers is my voice of praise as the lyrics are just awesome and I love their words. Especially the following:
“I will praise you/ You’re everything to me/ I’ll live for you/ You’re the reason that I sing/ I won’t go back to the way it used to be/ Cos I’ve found you and you’re everything to me.”—Everything to Me (Planetshakers)
So I guess the difference in my life would be: Less praise—not truly feeling like I’m praising God.
