I believe being “cool” is the ability to stand up for your beliefs/principles/ standards despite what others may think. Sometimes you will have to stand alone. Being cool is not necessarily about being accepted by a popular group who want you to conform. Standing firm for your beliefs may be difficult at times, but others will respect you and wish they could be like you.
