Nice title: life as a journey, transition, in need of completion and all that. And it seems to point to this being some sort of classic, as does the production, but it’s actually a very safe, albeit pleasant album. It is yet another step away from the gentle folk style of his early career, instead being a collaboration with Jason Ingram, the “modern worship” artist and therefore, is largely what you’d expect—leisurely paced, acoustic guitar and piano-based songs (there’s the folky bit) that swell with lots of strings and other production. You can imagine these songs being sung (for better or worse) in megachurches across America, though Bebo seems restrained compared to some of the excesses of modern P&W.
