The Bible magazine is designed in a way that's very similar to the large magazines that are so often placed under our noses at the supermarket, newsagencies and the like--think of Woman's Weekly, Cleo etc .

Revolve 2 is different from a Bible you would use in church, as it is more focused on those who are new to reading the Bible or have trouble understanding the text. It only has the New Testament included in this publication, but throughout the magazine it quotes texts from the Old Testament for you to refer to.

The magazine is like a learning tool for the Bible--as you turn each page it makes you want to learn much more. Throughout the whole publication, young people ask questions and they get answers--this is what is referred to as "Blab" and these are featured on every few pages.

There are quizzes for you to try, too, and I guess these quizzes are to test the things you value in your life and how you can get over hurdles that you find difficult to overcome. Some other features in this magazine include reviews of CDs, websites for you to check out and Bible basics that teach you facts about the Bible.

This magazine style will appeal to anyone who enjoys learning or just reading things for a good time. It may appear to cater for young females but I feel that males will enjoy its value--the best part is that it's not full of advertising jargon like many of the mainstream magazines are. It's also very comforting for young people to read, as young people comment a lot in the publication and you learn a lot from their thoughts.
